I am not a fan of shopping offline. Maybe I'm getting older but the music, the crowds and not being able to see my options clearly - it bugs me! Anyhoo, the lure of a recent shoe sale at Macy's made me forget all of that for a minute. Also, when I was able to couple a great social media experience with, "the world's largest department store," and excellent offline customer service from a Sales Associate, it all worked out.Macys 1Macys 2Macys 3
