TED TALK FAVE : Sweet ZZZs

Each night I have the best intentions: my plan is always to get at least eight hours of sleep. Rarely am I successful.I am determined to get my act together in this area before 2015 starts. We have all heard about (and know from experience) the benefits of a good night's rest. I recently read an article which highlights the possibility that going to bed late can increase negative thoughts. Eesh.In one of my favorite Ted Talks, Arianna Huffington, co-founder and editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post, notes that instead of bragging about our sleep deficits, we should shut our eyes and see the big picture - we can sleep our way to increased productivity and happiness and smarter decision-making.Take a look and sweet dreams.[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nncY-MA1Iu8&w=560&h=315]
